Diana Princess of Whales was an Angel sent here to teach us all
compassion love understanding and the importance of being a wonderful
caring mother. She touched the heart of myself and my family. I pray
for her sons and her family.

Truly a sad day in History. We have lost a woman who defined the word
"class". Her efforts and contributions worldwide have made a tremendous mark
on history. May we not reflect so much on her tragic, and untimely death, but
how she lived....(A true Princess in every sense of the word)

May she now finally have the peace she always wanted while she lived.
    R.I.P Diana :-(

We would like to to send our sincere condolences to Prince William and
Prince Harry, and the family of Princess Diana. Also we want to express
our feelings to the people in the U.K., who have to live without a very
beautiful and warm person such as the Princess was. She was an
excellent Ambassador for Britain and for goodwill the world over. We
hope this is a lesson for the papperazzi press to leave all the royal
families in the
world alone and let them have their privacy. It should also be a lesson
to those that buy those rumour mongering tabloids, as long as they are
bought they will be printed, this tragedy could have been
averted.....Good bye Princess Di, rest in peace.

I am so saddened by the death of such a beautiful, courageous, and
compassionate woman. Upon hearing of her injuries earlier in the
evening, I had hoped she would come of out this, and I was horribly
devastated to discover she had succumbed to her illnesses. I feel
terrible for the pain her sons must be enduring, and those that were
close to her. My prayers are with them at this time of such a tragic
loss.

To those I love and

those who love me.

When I am gone, release me, let me go,

I have so many things to see and do.

You must not tie yourself to me with tears,

Be happy that we had so many years.

I won't be far away, for life goes on,

So if you need me, call and I will come.

Though you can't see or touch me, I'll be near,

And if you listen with your heart, you'll hear,

All of my love around you soft and clear.

And then, when you must come this way alone,

I'll greet you with a smile and

"Welcome Home".

It is sad for me to think that my first participation on the internet
should be to express my tremendous grief at the death of such an
extremely wonderful and gracious woman. The world has lost one of the
few persons who could make a difference in so many and varied
humanitarian causes, her loss will be felt for many years to come. I
can only hope that her projects will not only continue but that they
will advance even further if only in honor to the Princessdevotion to
them. I have spent the day listening continually to information
regarding Dianas death and wish to send my prayers and best wishes to
Dianas two sons who will now need for their father Prince Charles to
love them ever more. From Malaga, Spain my thoughts are with all her
family and the British people. Isabel Manrara Diaz

Your were loved by all the world! And still are...you shall never be
forgotten! Your quiet grace and beauty....the admiration you inspired in
people everywhere! You did not live nor die in vain.....what a terrible
loss for us, yet you can never be hurt by human hands again.......Thank you
Beautiful Diana for all that you gave...forgive us for all that we took in
our selfish interest in your life.....How different the world will now be
because YOU LIVED! You made a difference.......

My heart and prayers are with the young Princes in their grief at the loss

My family is greatly sadden by the premature end of such a great lady's
life . Our thoughts are with the Spencer family , and we send prayers
for Prince William and Henry as well as the people of England.
The world has lost the best of the royals, beautiful, stylish, compassionate
and loving. Despite the cold and high handed treatment she received from the
other royals, she rose above it and matured into a great woman who gave of
herself to the unfortunate of the world, not because of a cold and empty
"duty", but because she was a warm and loving person who really cared. How is
it that thugs and scum are allowed to stalk and harrass, and even murder,
honest decent people and no one does anything about it? Isn't this why we
have governments, to control such things? What was this woman's crime? To
have the bad luck to be married to a cold, selfish, shallow, adulterous
husband who swore a false oath before God in the church to be a faithful
husband while thinking only of his doxie? To have royal inlaws who let him
get away with it? They, who were supposed to uphold the Church of England?
Had they controlled this self-centered, arrogant man Diana would be married
to the husband she loved and would have been of no interest to the
papparazzi, disgusting though they may be. Though divorce and then death
denied her the honor due her, to me she will always be the Queen.

Javida, Chicago
Though I did not keep up-to-date with Princess Diana's political
motivations and personal life, I am deeply saddened by her tragedy. Her
spirit is with me today, as well as her children's, as I pray for their

God sent us an angel and we were blessed with her presence in this world

representative of all that is good in this world. Words cannot even

they have experienced. Princess Diana has left her mark on this world

I wish to send my condolences to the family of Princess Diana. There is
not much one can say to provide great comfort at a time like this except
that perhaps knowing that as long as a person is remembered they still
live, and Princess Diana's life touched so many people. I never had the
opportunity to meet her, and yet am deeply saddened by her untimely
death.

As others have expressed, I too feel anger toward the press. Many times
I have watched them over extend theirselves in private situations and if
any good can come of this tragedy, my prayer is that it will be the
first step toward limiting the invasion of privacy caused by the media.

God's strength to Princess Diana's sons and family as they face the days
ahead.

My husband and I are deeply saddened and shocked by this senseless and
untimely tradegy of such a beautiful and caring young woman. Diana was
truly a Princess from the very start of her life, always giving to
others less fortunate, and striving to make the world a better place for
all to live. Her love of children and devotion to William and Harry went
far beyond her own happiness. My heart aches for her sons, her family
and friends and all the world will mourn her absence. God Bless Diana!

I am so terribly saddened by the death of Lady Di and angered that the
stupidity of just a few people took her from us. I often wondered why
the press couldn't just leave her alone and let her live her life? She
gave so freely of herself to all of us, yet that never seemed to be
enough to the press. She certainly deserved more from life than the
press allowed her! Why was she punished so? -And who took it upon
themselves to make such a horrible judgement call; to drive at such a
high rate of speed through city streets to escape the press's cameras?
Having a picture taken would have been a much better choice than risking
the death of our Queen of Hearts.
My heart goes out to her two boys. I can imagine it's hard enough to
live under the Royal Family stigma without loosing the one person who
tried so hard to keep them grounded to reality. They must know their
mother loved them dearly. As she did us all.
We have lost an angel here on Earth.

Princess Diana added a sparkle to my life and she will not be
forgotten. She has a strength that inspired women all over the world. I
wathched her grow from a shy girl to a confident woman who made an
impact on all she came in contact with, both in person and via tv.
I hope that the Royal Family has enough sense to realize what they threw
away in the person of Diana and make it up to her sons. Prince Charles
should grow up!
My prayers so out to Diana's sons and may God grant them the peace that
passes all human understanding.

My condolences to the young princes on the death of their mother, to the
Spencer family, the Fayed family, and the families of the others in the car.
To the Windsors? I think not. I only hope that they will not come forth
with hypocritical statements in the upcoming weeks. They made her life hell,
not recognizing Di for the Lady she was. I have never been especially moved
by the death of a stranger, famous or otherwise, until this time. The
thought of what is going through Ms. Parker-Bowles mind today makes me ill.

I was shocked to find out late Saturday night that Princess Diana of Wales
was in a terrible car crash. I never expected to wake up this morning with
the news of her death. I'm extremely sadened, especially since she was so
young, and she still had her whole life ahead of her.
I'd like to send my best wishes to her family, especially to her two
children, William and Harry. I am only 14 years old, and I can not fathom
living without my mother. It is a senseless and unexpected tragedy. I hope
that you will only know happier times in the future. Let us remember her
acts of kindness during this hard time.

Dear Prince Charles, Prince William , Prince Harry, and all Proncess
Diana's friends and family.
Please accept my families condolences in the loss of your mother, family
member or friend, Lady Diana.
Lady Diana was admired by people everywhere. I also admired her for all
the charities she worked for and all the people she visited.
I do not know what it feels like to lose a mother , but I do know what it
feels like to lose a family member and a friend in the same month. I was
in the same position a year ago. Everyone says life moves on, and it
eventually will, when you have slightly overcome some of the grief.
All you can do is remember all the good times you had with your mother,
friend and family member, and never forget those good times.

Prince William I am also 15 years old. People seem to think we are to
young to understand death, I understsnd death, I just don't understand
why it happens to the nicest most caring and loved people, like your
mother.

Being born in England and now living in Canada, our family has always
been surrounded by the Royal Family, and have always been proud of our
Royal Family. We are still proud and realize that this world has just
lost another cherished life, by sefish acts of selfish humans.

Prince Wills and Harry, If you ever feel lonely remember your mom will
always be with you wherever you are, in your heart. If you ever need
anyone to talk to about your situation, feel free to write me or e-mail
me . I know what it's like to lose someone that you truly love.

Again my deepest sympathies are with the royal family and Princess
Diana's family.

I sit here watching in disbelief of her death..I remembering skipping school
to watch the wedding of Princess Diana and Prince Charles...Over the years I
have read all I can on her...followed her through the divorce and the attempt
to have a somewhat normal life..I will miss Princess Diana greatly...I wish
to express my sorrow to her sons Prince William and Prince Harry...
At the sametime I am sitting here writing this I wonder how her two sons will
be raised now...Will Prince Charles allow them to continue to grow up in a
"normal" life..I admire how Princess Diana raised her boys..allowing them to
experience "life" other then the "royal" life..
Goodbye Princess Diana, rest in peace, you will be greatly missed..I know I
will never foget you...

A truly tragic day as millions mourn the loss of a truly great woman, mother, and true

This day is not one of which I will look back on with great love. We
have suffered the most tragic event with the death of the Princess of
Wales and there is no words which could summarize our loss. I am both
deeply shocked and devastated and my thoughts are with the Royal Family
especially the Princess's children. The photographers have left us
stunned, in mourning, and alone and I hope the paparazzi rots in hell
for what they have caused. May she rest in heaven in peace as she could

I would like to send my condolences to Princes William and Harry, at the
untimely death of their mother .

I'm British but currently live in North America and was deeply saddened to
hear of the tragic accident yesterday evening. I feel so angry that the
princess suffered so much at the hands of certain sections of the press who
ultimately caused her death and feel ashamed that on occasion I contributed
by buying the papers in which the photographs were published.

I hope and pray that Princess Diana's death will not be in vain and that as
a result of this tragedy legislation will be passed to prevent such a thing
happening again.

It's so hard to believe that someone so vibrant and giving could
be taken so tragically.
My heart goes out to Princes William and Harry as they face the
future without the
guiding light that Diana wanted to be. She touched us because
she cared about the struggles of everyday people. My wish is
that if someone is responsible they will be punished for what
they did and that her children will draw strength from knowing
that their mother was loved by the world for her strength of
giving to others. The tears well up in my eyes as I imagine what
they must be going through. . . . it's not fair that they should
have to face such tragedy.

I have no word to describe want I feel

My dear Princess Diana,

We must now go on without you. It will be so difficult. We must now
awaken each day with the knowledge that you no longer are with us. You
were a great idol to me. I feel blessed to have been able to be amongst
the crowd along the Strand near St. Pauls on 29th July 1981 to cheer
your glorious wedding. Such a happy day. And now I never thought I'd
live to see this day's tragic events.

I wanted to write you and tell you how much you mean to me and what a
wonderful person you are. I am so sorry I waited too long.

You will be so deeply missed, Your Royal Highness.
