Auld Lang Syne: A Note to My Readers

With the holidays taking up much of my focus (and probably yours, too!), I’ve decided to enjoy the moment and not write a column this week.  

However, I did want to take a moment to thank everyone who has read my column this year and tell you how much I appreciate your support and your comments. It’s not always easy writing something new and (hopefully) interesting each week, but knowing that so many of you enjoy and appreciate what I and the other columnists do makes it all worthwhile. I hope to continue hearing from those of you I already know and encourage those who haven’t written to share your interests, questions or thoughts.  

I also want to thank Geraldine for creating and maintaining this incredible site, which I have enjoyed immensely for several years now. I’m so proud to be a part of your enthusiasm and your vision, Geraldine.  

That said, I’m looking forward to another great year of writing the Royal Scribe column and wish everyone a safe and prosperous New Year.
